Returns & Exchanges (NS)
We hope you love your items but in case there is something wrong - We have a 30-day return policy. The 30-day return window begins on the day you receive your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Important: Please do not use the return portal if you are returning due to the following reasons:
- Incorrect item, size, or color was received
- Poor quality / damaged items
Instead, please contact us directly at email@example.com and follow the instructions below:
The subject of the email should be in the following format:
"Return Request" - Order Number: [Insert] - Name: [Insert]
In the email, please include the following information:
1. Reason for return request
2. Clear pictures of the item + damage (if applicable)
3. Preferred return shipping method:
- Prepaid return label - ($7.00 will be deducted from return) *
- Return using your own shipping method
* Prepaid return label option is available for U.S orders only. International orders will have to be shipped using your own shipping method.

Your request will be reviewed and if approved, the return process can proceed. If items are shipped back to us without prior approval, the return will not be accepted.
Items must be packaged appropriately and securely. Any items damaged during the shipping process will not be accepted.
Once received, you will receive your refund through your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to appear in your bank account. This timeframe may vary depending on your bank.
Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer and will not be included in your refund.

Certain items are non-refundable due to hygienic reasons and/or limited nature of the product, this includes:
- Limited Edition Stoned Merchandise
- Sickick Replica Collectable Masks
Exchanges are not available. The best and quickest way to receive the product you would like is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make another purchase for the correct item.
